Emily works across general negligence, recovery and professional negligence matters as well as defending claims against clients within the casualty space. This includes acting for shopping centres, retailers, cleaners and supermarkets.

Emily is experienced in all stages when it comes to litigation, including settlement of pre-litigated represented matters, mediation and settlement and has run Trials including instructing Counsel in the District Court of New South Wales, the County Court of Victoria, and the New South Wales Court of Appeal. Emily is skilled at advocacy and has successfully represented clients independently in interlocutory applications in the New South Wales District Court.
