Experience

Lien practices across the areas of worker’s compensation and motor injury, based in Perth.

Lien has sound knowledge of the various court procedures and is proficient in preparing advices, drafting Court forms and correspondence, taking client instructions, reviewing evidence, as well as preparing briefs to medical experts and counsel.

Lien started her career with Sparke Helmore as a Law Graduate working in the areas of workers’ compensation, public liability and medical negligence, before being admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in September 2018.   Post admission, Lien has practised solely in insurance litigation.  As a lawyer, she went on to join Sparke’s CTP team.  Lien also spent time with the State Solicitors Office (WA) as a Law Clerk.

She graduated with a law degree (Juris Doctor) from the University of Western Australia in 2016, and also holds a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours, 2012) from UWA.

Lien is bilingual, speaking both English and Vietnamese.
