Experience

Jasmin has been part of the legal industry for over 13 years, was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in November 2022, and later admitted to the High Court of Australia in 2023.  Jasmin joined HBA in late 2022.

She holds a Bachelor of Law from Central Queensland University, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing).  She is also a member of HBA Legal’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) working group and Pro Bono Committee.

Areas of Expertise

Jasmin is experienced in the various tasks associated with progressing motor vehicle personal injury claims (CTP). She is also well versed in various insurance industry related claims including public liability and professional indemnity across all Australian jurisdictions. She has a strong understanding of policy response, interpretation, risk management and contractual clauses.
