Experience

Claire joined HBA in 2012 with a background in commercial law as well as contracts and procurement.

Claire advises self-insured licensees and third party claims managers, often involved at the pre-litigation stage and when matters proceed to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal or Federal Court. Over the years she has provided advice and assistance to insurers and self-insured companies across a range of matters involving WA workers’ compensation, public liability and federal workers’ compensation. Since 2016, Claire has practiced almost exclusively in the federal workers’ compensation space.
